For Gator Fans, the “Gator Aider” shuttle provides air-conditioned transportation between the Haile Village Center and the Ben Griffin Football Stadium all day long on game day! Enjoy pre-game festivities at the Limerock Road Neighborhood Grille, then jump on the shuttle and head to the stadium!
This third floor condominium features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with cathedral ceilings, outdoor balcony terrace, and an open living design. Fully remodeled in the summer of 2021, enjoy the clean comfort of new appliances and elegant new furnishings. A fully appointed peaceful balcony nestled within the trees overlooks the Haile central park and village streets. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking and dining in. Both bedrooms boast large walk-in closets. For visiting professionals, a built-in office area features 2 large monitors, printer, and office supplies. Luxury linens, towels, and bathroom necessities such as shampoo and conditioner are all provided to make your stay comfortable and stress free.
Additional amenities include new Maytag washer and dryer, Smart-Lock deadbolt in front door, high-speed wifi, 60 inch smart TV, wine cooler fridge and mobile bar for entertaining, suitcase racks in both bedrooms, and Nest thermostat for easy adjustments of heating and A/C settings.
Also included is unlimited access to the exclusive Village Center Pool and Gym (see photos), both just a 3 minute walk from the condo. All utilities, local HOA fees, and access to gym and pool are included in rental rate.
We (owners of the Casa Solei) are both professionals and travel frequently for our work. We both know how nice it is to stay in a place that feels like a home instead of a hotel, and thus, we decided to share our special condo with traveling people just like us. We love this little getaway spot and have tried to make it as comfortable and perfect as possible. We ask that all guests respect and care for our home as if it were their own.
